- Online booking is only valid after prepayment of the required deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

In case of reservation cancellation or failure to appear due to customer’s fault:
The hotel does not refund the prepaid deposit.
Change booking dates:
The change of the reservation is requested by the customer and confirmed by Hotel Nadya in written (depending on level of occupation of the hotel) at the email address: contact@hotelnadia.bg
The hotel reserves the right to change the prices of services in case of a change in the economic situation in the country, however, which will not affect the already confirmed bookings.
Check-in and check-out:
- Check-in time is after 2:00 pm and the check-out room is available no later than 12:00 pm.
- The hotel reception is open 24 hours, you can check in at any time of the day to arrive.
- If you wish to vacate the used room later, please ask for the consent and confirmation from the Reception that it is possible.
The following surcharges apply, if possible for later release:
- Room check-in no later than 2:00 pm – 20 BGN extra.
- Check-out after 14:00 (without overnight stay) – 50 BGN extra.
